Description: |
An opportunity exists in the Construction team for a lawyer to work matters of varying complexity including disputes involving subcontractors, principals, engineers, and other consultants. There is likely to also be the opportunity to undertake front-end work from time to time.
You will need to demonstrate a sound knowledge of Construction law and Alternative Dispute Resolution, have good problem solving ability, and a commitment to the provision of outstanding client service.
