Description: |
An innovative Brisbane firm who are impeccably organized and professional, with a very impressive client base of blue-chip clients is currently recruiting a Lawyer (minimum 3 yrs PAE) with previous exposure to Commercial Property law.
You will be able to deviate from normal ‘run of the mill’ property transactions and be involved in more exciting work for multi-national publicly-listed clients and government departments across diverse industries where the work includes:- Industrial Subdivisions
- Significant Commercial Sales or Acquisitions
- Major Projects and Associated Transactions such as Leasing
- Restructuring and Business Acquisitions
- Development Proposals
- Due Diligence, etc.

Requirements: |
The role does not involve high volume, low-end property work, but gives you the opportunity to expand your experience in a qualitative way.
Further, the firm’s overriding philosophies and structure support you in providing outstanding legal work and client service.
Remuneration will be offered aligned with market rates. |
