This role is a genuine opportunity for an experienced property lawyer to join a highly respected and long-established firm with a substantial Corporate practice and an enviable existing client base.
This role requires a lawyer with at least 4 Yrs PAE to complement the Corporate team, and to service the firm’s existing base of local, national and international clients. Exposure to matters will include: a strong focus on Business mergers and acquisitions; Advice on commercial tenders; Structuring commercial transactions; Commercial financing transactions and commercial property security; Joint ventures; Leases and licences; Due diligence investigations; Partnerships; Trade practices advice, and so forth.

Requirements: |
Remuneration will be in accordance with your expertise and length of experience within the above areas of law, although the firm is happy to offer at the top end of the market for the right candidate. |
