This National Commercial firm specialising in all major areas of Corporate and Commercial law has an existing need within their burgeoning and highly successful Commercial Property team. To their name they credit work on some of the most impressive property projects in Southeast Queensland.
As a member of this team with close working dynamics with the Partners, you’ll work with national and local clients across an array of projects including property developments up to $250m, development site acquisitions, property-related managed investments, bulk lot conveyancing for developments, construction contracts and funding, and join ventures. You will also be expected to demonstrate leadership responsibilities, according to your level of expertise. |
