You will be involved in all aspects of construction litigation including but not limited to delays, defective work, variations, and security payments.

Requirements: |
Our client seeks a Lawyer with at least 4 years PAE in construction litigation. It is assumed you will possess detailed knowledge of the BCIPA legislation.
A generous remuneration package will be negotiated which takes into consideration expertise and anticipated future potential with the firm.
