Working with a Partner with specialist expertise and knowledge in Commercial Property, this role also allows you forays into Corporate law at the same time – affording you a unique skillset.
Exposure will include:
• Major commercial property transactions for buyers or sellers
• Acting for developers of property projects including commercial and residential strata title developments
• Leasing for landlords and tenants
• Acquisition and disposal of hotels and motels
• Corporate governance
• Restructuring
• Capital raising
