The Commercial Litigation team works across the full gamut of Commercial Litigation. Acting on behalf of SMEs, your work will include a mix of Insolvency, Business Disputes such as Contractual, Partnership, Shareholder and Franchise Disputes; Property and Planning and Environment litigation, as well as Employment, Trade Practices and Construction Litigation.
The firm seek an experienced Commercial Litigation lawyer to work towards taking the helm of the Litigation team. Consideration will also be given to Senior Lawyers seeking a long-term partnership opportunity.

Requirements: |
