If you are a Senior Lawyer or Senior Associate with demonstrated Commercial Property expertise seeking a structured and collaborative environment offering ample opportunities, without the bureaucracy and centralisation issue frequently afflicting national practices, this role is worthy of your consideration.
Whilst the role entails a broad range of property transactions and project including large scale development and planning and occasional commercial and industrial leasing, it is heavily skewed towards commercial acquisitions and disposals.
This is a fully supported role from the top down, with highly realistic budgetary expectations.
For the right candidate, the firm is willing to exceed market rates.
