An opportunity exists in the Corporate division for a Lawyer. Supporting the accomplished partner (who has over 20 years experience and is a recognized leader in the field), you will be exposed to corporate work of a telecommunications, IP and IT nature, including merger transactions, joint ventures, outsourcing and supply contracts, IT procurement matters, and generalized trade practice matters within this specialization.
You will need to have at least 2 years PAE within IP / IT / Telecommunications Law from a previous mid or top tier environment, a strong academic record, and the skills to provide outstanding client service.
