This firm is a National Commercial firm specializing in all major areas of Corporate and Commercial law. Their aim of the firm is to understand each and every client’s business regardless of the industry, and as such is an opportunity for you to gain access to varied work including:
• Recovery and litigation strategies
• Bankruptcy, insolvency proceedings and securities enforcements
• TPA matters and other disputes under the Corporations Act
• Banking litigation matters including pursuing asset recovery strategies
• ASIC investigations and ASIC litigation
• Partnership and shareholder disputes, and so on

Requirements: |
You will need excellent client communication skills, file management skills, and strong technical ability within this field (at least 5 years PAE).
An exceptional remuneration package will be offered commensurate with your Senior Associate level skills and expertise, in addition to access to future progression opportunities.
