As a member of this high-performing and dynamic team, you will be engaged in a broad range of predominantly back-end work entailing Contracting Disputes; Arbitration, Mediation and Litigation; Claims Resolution; Consortium Arrangements; Contract Administration; Tender Preparation and Advice; and so on. This team is not delineated by practice area but by service to the Construction industry as a whole.
This position is an excellent next step for a Senior Litigation Lawyer with a definitive passion for Construction to progress their career by working with a first-class team who deliver first-class service. You will have 5 years + PAE in a similar role.
