Senior Associate - Commercial Property | Expanding Mid-Tier Presence

A role in the Commercial Property team of this well organised mid-tier has arisen for a Lawyer at or close to Senior Associate level.
Your file responsibility will see you act for a range of clients such as corporate developers, fund managers, retirement villages and aged care developments on matters such as sale and acquisition contracts, land subdivision and development agreements, commercial leasing, drafting commercial documents, staged strata title developments, and retirement villages.
You’ll work under the direction of a knowledgeable Partner who can offer you a structured workload, although business development and marketing activities, in addition to mentoring of more junior staff, will be expected due to your seniority.
