Currently seeking a Lawyer to undertake a mix of Franchising and Leasing work in a team known as a market leader across the industry, this role will see you exposed to work which includes commercial, industrial and retail leasing work (including marina and commercial car park leasing), reviewing franchise documentation, due diligence and auditing in relation to franchise systems, and preparing ancillary documents to assist with the franchise process.
Exceptional support, mentoring and structure are provided in this role, and the pathway to progression is transparent.

Requirements: |
Previous experience in Franchising and Leasing is essential (at least 3 yrs PAE).
A generous remuneration package will be negotiated on the basis of your previous experience.
