Personal Assistant


Description:

This fantastic opportunity is based within a global company who lead the way within their industry specialisation. Supporting one senior manager, you will work collaboratively to achieve your daily responsibilities, which typically would include:
  • Extensive diary management, organising meetings, and travel arrangement
  • Contact with clients – in person, over the phone and via email
  • Generating reports
  • Supervising admin staff
  • Overall, facilitating the smooth running and organisation of the department as the manager’s true ‘right hand’

    This role provides the platform for you to showcase your high level PA skills in a professional, warm and dynamic work environment – drawing upon excellent organisational, time management, and interpersonal ability – while still enjoying a high degree of diversity in your day to day tasks.

Requirements:

This is a full-time permanent position working standard hours, with flexibility of working hours needed in order to respond to business needs.

Exceptional organisational ability and prioritisation skills coming from previous PA experience are essential.
