This National firm seeks a dedicated 2nd or 3rd Year Lawyer to join their high profile Construction team. The firm has successfully assembled an excellent team working within a cohesive environment where continued learning, quality work and good quality mentoring is available.
For those eager to continue forging a career in Construction, this role may be just the ticket. You will be exposed to the full gamut of Construction work which is heavily skewed towards back-end Construction. Working closely with senior expert practitioners in the field, you will be involved in matters such as pre-contract, contracts and tender negotiations, sub-contractor matters, Security of Payment arbitration matters, alternative dispute resolution and mediation on behalf of major commercial builders, project managers, and key government entities. |

The salary package will be commensurate with market rates, although remuneration is only overshadowed by the superlatives career opportunities on offer through joining this incredibly strong Construction team. |
