This interesting role will see you work alongside a Partner on a broad array of advisory and litigious matters for both public and private clients including:
• Workplace agreements
• Unfair dismissal claims
• Change management matters
• Contractor agreements and employment negotiations
• Restraints of Trade & Confidentiality Agreements & IP issues
• Legislation interpretation
• Advising on a wide range of employment and industrial relations matters generally including but not limited to performance management, disciplinary and termination processes, as well as management of ill and injured workers
• Dispute Resolution

Requirements: |
Ideally our client seeks a lawyer with at least 2 years PAE dedicated employment law experience as well as solid academic results.
While the initial salary package will be aligned with current market rates, the firm offers exceptional opportunities for continued internal training and development, and access to above-market levels of remuneration based upon performance. |
