An abundance of work has made it possible for this boutique practice to create a new role for an experienced Workplace Relations Lawyer within their burgeoning practice. In addition to Workplace Relations, the firm also practices in Commercial Litigation, Commercial Property, Building & Construction, Corporate Law, Financial Services, and a range of other areas.
Our client offers a fantastic, utilitarian environment where you will enjoy working alongside highly other passionate practitioners in various commercial disciplines. While given support from well-credentialed partners, you will be given responsibility for developing the Workplace Relations division. This includes having the nous and confidence to be engaged in a range of business development and marketing activities to further the firm’s profile as a specialist provider of Workplace Relations advice.

Requirements: |
Our client seeks a lawyer with at least 3 years PAE in a similar role to provide advice on a wide array of workplace issues that include: policy and procedures, employment contracts, enterprise bargaining, strategic plan, dismissals, harassment and discrimination. You will be responsible for providing advice as well as resolving disputes. You will also manage matters relating to OH&S.
Remuneration is commensurate with your experience and potential.
