Sole Placements offer customized training and workshops for professional and support members of your firm or company.

We offer third party objectivity in conducting Cultural Audits (or Diagnostic Assessments) initially to resolve any specific situations or challenges that your organization faces. Unexplained or excessive staff turnover is one example of an issue that we can assist you to address. Some issues may not be entirely clear and a structured diagnostic audit can provide substantial insight and assistance. This can include overall assessment of an organization, team or individual.

Workshops are managed by our certified Trainer, Elaine Martin. They can be conducted in-house (for smaller groups) or at an external location (for larger groups), at times convenient for you.
