All resumes received by Sole Placements are examined by our recruitment consultants. Interviews with candidates are scheduled according to the candidate's suitability for a particular position. Our in-depth interviews determine the work history and work-related attributes, education, interpersonal skills, career goals, and work attitudes of the candidate according to competency-based interview questions.
Verbal references are conducted with the permission of the candidate and are thoroughly checked.
Candidates are informed of new positions suited to their skills and given firm details when permission is obtained to forward their particulars to any one of our clients.
