Who We Are

Sole Placements team of dynamic, confidential, professional and flexible Recruitment Consultants and Resourcers are led by a Managing Consultant. Collectively, they offer you more than 20 years experience in the industry, and have been trained in the Sole Placements’ way of recruiting where the emphasis is on working with clients and candidates to achieve quality results rather than the traditional model of commission-driven and target-driven recruitment.

Where We Started

Sole Placements was established by Susan Sole in January 2000 following several years of experience in the industry for both large national and small local recruitment companies. Susan’s
genuine personal approach, integrity, and her exceptional reputation for quality recruitment in
the market prior to establishing Sole Placements enabled her to quickly build up a client base and
candidate pool with very little marketing and business development, and a strong referral trend
which continues to this day.
